Welcome from the Head of School

It is a privilege to welcome you to Fulham Primary School.

I feel enormously proud to lead such a warm, vibrant and ambitious community. Fulham Primary is a school full of energy and character, where children are known as individuals, encouraged to be curious and given the confidence to aim high.

At Fulham Primary, we want every child to thrive. We are ambitious for our children academically, but we also know that a great primary education is about so much more than results. We want our children to discover what they are good at, develop the confidence to try things they find difficult, and leave us as kind, articulate and resilient young people who are excited about the world around them.

Central to this is knowing our children exceptionally well. We want every child to feel seen, valued and understood, and to know that there are adults in school who believe in them and will challenge them to be their very best. Our dedicated staff work hard to create classrooms where expectations are high, learning is purposeful and children experience the joy that comes from achieving something they once found difficult.

We are equally proud of everything that happens beyond the classroom. Sport, music, the arts, leadership opportunities, trips, clubs and experiences all form an important part of life at Fulham Primary. We want our children to have a rich and memorable childhood here, filled with opportunities to discover new interests and talents.

Schools are at their strongest when families and staff work together, and I greatly value the partnership we have with our parents and carers. Fulham Primary sits at the heart of its community, and I want our families to feel as much a part of the school as their children do.

Most importantly, Fulham Primary is a happy school with big ambitions for its children. I hope this website gives you a flavour of who we are, but the best way to understand our school is to book a school tour and see it in action. I would be delighted to welcome you through our doors and introduce you to the children and staff who make Fulham Primary such a special place.

I look forward to meeting you,

Annabelle Windsor
